She has won numerous crafting contests organized by Instructables, including Instructables Jewelry Challenge 2013, 2019, 2020, and 2022, Earring Challenge, Neckless Challenge, Fall for Yarn challenges, and many more. In 2019, she won the first prize in the Instructable Robot content.
As an introverted person, Muhaimina Faiz always found peace in making things by hand, and that boosted her love for DIY projects. She decided to pursue a professional career in the DIY and crafting sector.
Muhaimina Faiz is also an entrepreneur and has co-founded Aralas Creative, a digital media and publication company in 2022. In her personal life, she is the mother of a sweet 5-year-old boy and a newborn baby girl.
