Stitched Felt Owl Plush (Free Pattern) Valentine’s day is near and my head is filled with tons of lovely-crafty ideas! If you’re looking for handmade Valentine’s day gift ideas, then you have come to the right place. I’m not saying ‘no’ to store-bought gifts, but how about adding a little handmade love? Felt crafts are easy and felt plushies are the cutest among many felt crafts, and I LO-OO-VE makin’em! So, I made these cute little owl plushies for this Valentine’s day. They’re pretty easy to make and of course, this tutorial comes with a free printable template.
Cross stitching is one of my favorite needleworks! I love it soooo much because I’ve learned how to do cross-stitch from my grandmother when I was 6 years old and I’ve done a bunch of cross stitch works ever since. What I love about cross-stitch is the process of doing it, no rush, no fuss… a bunch of organized crosses to make any patterns you want! This is my first cross stitch post on the blog. I didn’t post the exact steps, only the template and a few steps from the beginning to the end. I’ll share my way of cross stitching on another post very soon, but for now check this out!
Coasters (drink coasters) are very important if you really care about the your table surface. I don’t like heat stains on my table, they really irritate me. But, no matter how many coasters I make I end up losing them or giving them away. Today, I’ll show you how I made these crocheted twine coasters. I enjoyed making them and loved the way they turned out!
I love plush toys, especially when the tiny ones! Felt plush toys have become very popular these days and I’ve made tons but very few of them actually turned out nice. These bunny plushies are one of the good ones. I’m so happy with how they turned out.
I like gift in pouch rather than wrapping it with paper. Though you can’t put all kinds of gifts inside pouches but I think, jewelries, accessories, little decor pieces and small gifts suit best in pouches. I love making burlap gift pouches, they’re easy to make, you can customize them as you want (paint’em, stitch a pattern on the burlap, anything you want!).
